Theragenomics Associates builds and maintains ThassoBaseTM, a theragenomic knowledge base. The contents of ThassoBaseTM are curated by a team of scientific experts. ThassoBaseTM contains, connects, communicates and visualizes knowledge and data on the molecular and genetic basis of the efficacy and safety of tausends of drugs and agents beyond drugs by integrating knowledge on genes, proteins, and allelic variants thereof, in order to reveal how they govern the pharmaco- and toxicokinetics and -dynamics of these agents, including their metabolites und reactive intermediates. Moreover, knowledge on valid biomarkers is integrated resulting in clinical treatment and dosage recommendations for single patients or groups of patients based on genotype and/or phenotype. ThassoBaseTM integrates this molecular knowledge with information from an increasing number of drug labels and package inserts of drugs approved by the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMEA), the British Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products (Swissmedic).
ThassoBaseTM Offerings To our valued customers, ThassoBaseTM is accesible in three ways. 1. Online Store In our Online Store, you can download a selection of scientific displays from within the ThassoBaseTM Knowledge Base which abstract and visualize selected aspects of the knowledge surrounding the efficacy and the safety of given drugs. 2. Licensing of the ThassoBaseTM Platform Customers may obtain a license to the functional platform of ThassoBaseTM with or without the basic knowledge base (contents) included. Such customers may choose to customize both the functions of the platform and the contents according to their own needs. Theragenomics Associates may support customers in this process. 3. Subscription to the ThassoBaseTM Knowledge Base Customers may obtain a subscription to the ThassoBaseTM Knowledge Base. Such customers may use the contents of the ThassoBaseTM Knowledge Base entirely on their own, of they may choose to collaborate with Theragenomics Associates on selected projects.
